Montréal is recognized globally as one of the top aerospace technology hub. The ecosystem is composed of the biggest global aerospace company, such as Bombardier, Héroux-Devtek ,Airbus, Mitshibishi Aerospace, L3 MAS, Bell Helicopter Textron, CAE, GE Aviation, Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Lockheed Martin Canada, Rolls Royce Canada, Thales, and Safran. The full aerospace ecosystem DNA consists of over 200 other specialized companies related to aerospace development and manufacturing.

A technology hub can only co-exist with a renewable source of local talents and skills. In order to fuel this aerospace technology ecosystem, there are four universities in Montreal. Including numerous technology colleges and aerospace training academies. Other than Aerospace, Montreal is also known as the hub of AI and Gaming Graphic Design.
